The Association will operate under RAND (Reasonable and Non-Discriminatory) licensing terms. Members of the OpenGMSL Association are eligible to participate in technical Working Groups, where new Specifications are developed, as well as in other Working Groups and General Meetings of the Association. Contributor class members may be nominated to the Board of Directors, the Association’s executive authority, and if elected (by the Contributor class members) may sit on the Board.
